Chinese Export Japanned Nesting Tables, 19th C

Description: Chinese Export Black Lacquered Nesting Tables, Circa 1850; each of the four tapering tables painted red, yellow, and orange with birds in a stylized natural landscape on a black ground, the base reticulated legs with a gothic motif; ending with carved feet.

Condition: is great overall, with wear as would be expected with age and light use.
