Description: Basilius Besler Hand-colored Botanical Engraving published in Eichstadt (nr. Nuremberg), Germany in 1613. The engraving on laid paper with chain-linked watermarking depicts: the Round-rooted birthwort, the Clematis birthwort, and the Hare s ear.

Condition: slight unobtrusive creasing horizontally through the middle of the page, hand coloring of later date.
