Kentucky Inlaid Walnut Demi Lune Table C 1790 Description: American Federal Style Inlaid Walnut Demi-Lune Banquet End, Circa 1790; Possibly Kentucky; featuring a half round top with a canted edge; over the conforming base with square tapering line and checkered inlaid legs with additional diamond and chevron styled inlays. By oral tradition, this piece was acquired in Fayette County, Kentucky in the 1920's. Condition: is great overall, with wear as would be expected. Originally part of a larger dining table.
